The developer of Blossoms By The Park, a new District 5 mixed-use development launch at Slim Barracks Rise, is EL Development Pte Ltd.

A subsidiary EL Development (Bouna Vista)Pte Ltd has been set up to undertake the development of Blossoms By The Park Condo.

EL Development started off as a department within Evan Lim & Co. Pte Ltd., which was one of Singapore’s leading builders. In late 2006, the company launched its first luxury residential project at District 9 named Rhapsody on Mount Elizabeth. It was a resounding success as the freehold project at Mount Elizabeth was sold out within 6 weeks.

On the back of the success in Rhapsody on Mount Elizabeth, EL Development launched its first industrial development named Nordix. Located at Woodlands, Nordix is 60-year leasehold project comprising 38 units of three-storey terrace factories. The project was also well-received and all 38 units were sold within just 2 months.

With these successes, in June 2007, EL Development Pte. Ltd. was created as a separate entity to concentrate on property development.

Since the inception of EL Development Pte Ltd, the company has developed many projects. This includes SkySuites 17, Parc Riviera, Symphony Suites, and La Fiesta. High end project developed by the company include Illuminaire On Devonshire and Parc Centennial, both of which are in District 9, and Steven Suites which is part of District 10.

EL Development is currently marketing Pullman Residences, a 340-unit Branded Residences at 18 Dunearn Gardens. The District 11 freehold luxury condo has already sold more than 45% of its units.
