Condo resale volume up 17% in March
Excluding the transactions of land properties, the resale transactions of private properties have increased by 17% in March 2021, compared to February. The prices have meanwhile remain constant.
Fewer private properties have been transacted in February due to the Chinese New Year effect and strong supply of new apartments from the primary market.
The highest quantum resale unit sold in the month of March was the District 9 project of The Ritz-Carlton Residences. The transacted price of the unit was S$10.5 million.
