Sales of new private homes holding up in August
The sales of private apartments and condominiums in Singapore stayed strong in August 2019.
More than 1,000 new units were sold during that month.
The developments which achieved good sales include the recently launched Parc Clematis, The Florence Residences in District 19, Treasure at Tampines, Parc Botannia, Parc Esta in District 14 and the executive condo of Piermont Grand.
Two of the upcoming project launches in September and October are the District 11 projects of Pullman Residences and Neu at Novena. Pullman Residences, a branded residences with 340 units, is located just 3 minutes walk from the Newton MRT station. Neu At Novena, which is a 85-unit development jointly developed by Macly Group and Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited, is conveniently located just 4 minutes walk from Novena MRT station.
